We had a great stay at this place! The location couldn't be better, right in front of a metro exit and close to many dining options. The service was outstanding, from room amenities to the friendly staff. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the swimming pool. The wifi was reliable and the luggage storage came in handy. Highly recommend this venue!

Great location across from metro, easy to get around. Helpful staff, offered Spanish conversation. Air-conditioned rooms, comfy beds, nice city views. Metro stop outside for easy access to other parts of the city. Rooftop bar with friendly waiters. Good breakfast and coffee. Nice balcony.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect - they were spacious and super clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop pool with a perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring. The views from the rooftop terrace were amazing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including gluten-free choices. The staff, particularly Luis, were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to a subway station and within easy reach of the city center. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the coffee was freshly brewed. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The shower was leaking and the bathroom seemed to be in need of some maintenance.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a great stay at Exe Moncloa. The location was perfect, right in front of the metro and near the park. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and the coffee was always fresh. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff that were present were friendly and helpful.

The staff were cute and helpful, going above and beyond. The rooftop pool/bar had beautiful views, especially in summer. The room was comfortable, modern, and clean. The location was perfect, right in front of a metro station.
